Super excited to announce that I will be offering a donation-based Faith Yoga Flow class, on the first Friday of every month, starting in July in the amazing community of Lakewood Ranch, Florida aka LWR.

Many of you know, one of my greatest passions and loves is teaching Yoga. Anyone, with any experience can do Faith Yoga Flow. The focus isn’t on ‘busting your butt’ but on finding peace and positivity within, while seeing and making new friends. And, this class will be set to incredible music that uplifts and inspires you.
This has been a vision in the making for the past 2 years but my timing was not God’s timing. I kept hearing, not yet, not now…wait. Which was really frustrating…Waiting really can be the hardest part sometimes!
But, the time is finally NOW. And, I’m so grateful to be supported and promoted through Lakewood Ranch Community Activities https://mylwr.com what a blessing to receive this support.
10% of all proceeds from Faith Yoga Flow will go to the Lakewood Ranch Community Foundation which addresses multiple needs throughout the community. https://www.lwrfund.org/
I hope to make this class available for a donation-based purchase online…once I get my systems together so those of you in another place can tune in to Faith Yoga Flow, too.
In time, I’m hopeful to bring together live musicians and other teachers as we connect with and grow community around us, and, without a doubt we will always make sure we have fun when we come together. So, don’t rule it out that Faith Yoga Flow on Fridays at 5 pm could sometimes turn into an inspired ‘everything in moderation happy hour’, after class, with some of the best people around. Time and place to be announced 
In these life-changing times, I believe this is for certain – faith and community are everything and I’m looking forward to feeling that continue to grow and flourish in every way as we continue to find ways to come together for good…
