Friends, as some of you know, I had the blessing of meeting Dr. Mick Hall February 2021. My life has been changed by his profound wisdom and knowledge about health and wellness. He has helped thousands of people transform their health with his guidance and wisdom. And, he is also one of the Wellness Coaches available to help you on your journey of health and wellness.

Dr. Hall has helped me to grow in my journey of health and wellness. In a few days I’ll be going through a week long cleanse incorporating many of Dr. Hall’s wellness products and practices. Every time I go through one of his cleanses, incorporating his products along with recipes from the Fresh Fruit Cleanse book, I experience incredible benefits and changes. As Dr. Hall says, we have to get rid of the ‘garbage’ in our system and he is right.

I am so grateful that he is sending out his wellness newsletter and I just asked him if I can add his information to The OM Show blog and he said yes. So, I’ll post one of his recent wellness newsletters here.

What Good is a Gallbladder Anyhow?

Last week we talked about the most important maintenance for the health of the human body: the proper maintenance of the intestinal tract. Since the intestinal tract is the core of the human body, and since it determines the content and quality of our bloodstreams from one end to the other, it is essential that we put the maintenance of the intestinal tract as our highest health priority.

Next week we will discuss the second highest priority: cleaning the blood and lymph through detox baths, but this week I would like to bring clarity to the most common “kink” within the body’s sewage system: the Gallbladder.

Although I commonly refer to the Gallbladder as the trashcan of the liver, and even though medical surgeons claim the Gallbladder isn’t that important to the health of the human body, there are a few vital points about this little organ that need to be understood.

First, the bile contained within the Gallbladder is made from the waste material the liver has filtered from our bloodstream. It is then brilliantly converted to an emulsifying liquid, that when combined with fats and oils, acts like dish soap and dissolve these substances, making them water soluble. In this way, our pancreatic enzymes can properly digest fats and oils so we can use them for energy production and other vital uses: which allows the term— “essential fatty acids” to make more sense.

Gallbladder problems begin as a result of two issues: lesions developing in the arteries, due to a Vitamin C deficiency and the use of vegetable oils, and a deficiency of organic sodium; the vital mineral found in vegetables, especially celery.

When lesions, or cracks in the arterial wall develop, due to a Vitamin C deficiency or the inflammatory effect of consuming vegetable oils (most of our lives), this forces the liver to produce lipoprotein A. Lipoprotein A is a sticky substance produced by the liver and sent out into the bloodstream to repair damages to the arterial wall. Normally, and artery is structured as though it has a Teflon coating; not allowing anything to adhere to the arterial wall, but when vegetable oils create inflammation of the arterial wall, or when a Vitamin C deficiency causes lesions, or cracks to develop, the underlying tissue below the surface of the artery allows the lipoprotein to stick to this tissue and patch the crack in the artery, so that the damage doesn’t go deeper, allowing the artery to burst, causing a stroke, bruising, etc. In time, the oxygen in the bloodstream oxidizes the lipoprotein patch, turning it into plaque. As we move and exercise, tiny flakes of this plaque break off and join the circulating blood. It is up to the liver to then filter this oxidized arterial plaque out of the blood, release it into the gallbladder, for the gallbladder to release it into the intestinal tract for elimination. Unfortunately, because of how common it is for the human body to be deficient of organic sodium, and since the bile is the largest storage site within the body for organic sodium, without sufficient organic sodium in the bile solution, the pH of bile is made to be more acidic. In an acidic fluid, the arterial plaque becomes sticky and forms masses of this material within the gallbladder, eventually creating a physical blockage that slows the release of bile from the gallbladder. Also, with the deficiency of organic sodium, and the associated acidification of the bile, this becomes the direct cause for duodenal ulcers, inflamed gallbladders, and gallstones. A gallstone is actually a blob of oxidized arterial plaque with a calcium shell. How does this happen you might ask….well, when the bile becomes too acidic, this creates an irritation within the gallbladder. The body will send calcium into the gallbladder to sedate the stress. In time, the calcium begins to crystalize and adhere to the blobs of oxidized arterial plaque and creates what is termed a gallstone. Gallstones aren’t the reason for gallbladder attacks. The irritating, acidic condition that caused the formation of the gallstones is also the cause for gallbladder attacks. So, do you see why celery juice and gallbladder flushes are the only wise solution for all gallbladder problems?

As the gallbladder loads up with arterial plaque and inflames from the deficiency of organic sodium, these two problems make it very difficult for the gallbladder to release bile into the intestinal tract to emulsify our fats and oils. Therefore, our ability to properly digest fats and oils becomes greatly reduced, creating deficiencies of our essential fatty acids. If our choice of solutions to this problem is to have the gallbladder removed, the body is then prevented from ever restoring its ability to emulsify and properly digest fats and oils. In an enlightened future, the removal of the gallbladder will be openly recognized as a completely unnecessary destruction of a vital process that leads to compromised brain function and many other health problems stemming from a deficiency of the essential fatty acids.

Because acidic bile and a physically clogged gallbladder are such common causes for so many other health problems that develop, it would be in the best interest of every person to go to our website, and in the educational materials, download a copy of the Gallbladder Flush instructions. Then, perform a Gallbladder Flush every two weeks for the next year or two. Then, a Gallbladder Flush once a month from then on. That would be about 10 times more important for your body than changing your oil is for your car.

At the same time, do you now see why it would also be such a great idea to drink at least 8 ounces of celery juice every day and consistently take a food form of Vitamin C? At another time we will talk about the number one killer in the US: Scurvy: Vitamin C deficiency. In the meantime, replace any ascorbic acid from your supplemental schedule with foods that contain natural Vitamin C.
