About Leanne

For over two decades, I have poured my heart and soul into seeking and following the path of Yoga and wellness. I bring with me many years of experience as an author, teacher, soul and mother in this life.

In 2002, I developed a successful Yoga brand, True Yoga, in Dallas, Texas. For over a decade, I taught Yoga to tens of thousands of people and was a regular guest on television shows in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. My love and passion for Yoga and wellness eventually secured a book deal and the publication of my book, Fresh Fruit Cleanse. Fresh Fruit Cleanse is a holistic guide to healing and wellness through the timeless and eternal practices of nutrition, Yoga, meditation and faith. My book guides you through a nutritional cleanse with lots of delicious recipes that will help you to lose unhealthy weight and discover your greatest health.

My mission is to share my love of Yoga and wellness with the prayer that we can awaken to a greater experience of health, well-being, oneness and community on our planet through God’s love.

I see such a need for us to know the healing love and forgiveness of our Creator. None of us are perfect, and our imperfections are our gateway to healing. I, too, have my own need for healing in this world. We are here on this earth to heal and grow well and to know God’s all powerful love in our soul.
